Notice of Infringement – How to File a Claim
- A signature from the copyright owner or their authorized representative;
- Identification of the copyrighted work that has been infringed;
- Description and location of the infringing material, including the URL of the page;
- Contact information of the complaining party;
- A statement confirming that the use of the material is unauthorized;
- A declaration that the information provided is accurate and the complainant is authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, false claims can result in penalties.

Counter Notification – Request for Restoration
If your material has been taken down due to a copyright claim, you can send a counter notification to have it reinstated. The notification should include:
- Your signature;
- Description and original location of the removed material;
- A statement that the removal was a mistake;
- Your contact information and consent to jurisdiction.

We have a strict policy on repeat copyright infringement. We keep a record of DMCA notices and take action against repeat offenders by terminating their accounts.
